Hi,
I recently bought an item from eBay and want to return it. Bestbuy ebay policy says that customer can return it to store. My issue is that I can not find any packing slip or receipt in the box. I contacted BestBuy over ebay and they asked me to print form from following link and take it with the item to store.
Before I head to store, can some one confirm if this form is exactly what I need?

We should be including a packing slip in all of our eBay shipments and I apologize for the oversight. I’d be happy to jump in and see what we can do to help!
If you didn’t get a packing slip, in either your emails or in the package, did you get an order number? It would start with BBY01-EB and be followed with a string of number. If you have that order number, it should allow you to get the return processed. Just go ahead and fill in the information on that form that you have linked to us, and bring that, as well as the product, to your local Best Buy store, where they should be able to help get this return processed for you as requested.
If you don’t have that and if you are still in need of help with this order please let me know and I’ll see if there’s anything else we can do to help!

Thanks for responding.
I did not get packing slip with any of my recent orders placed via google express or ebay. I did get the order number though. I just tried and was able to return the item to the strore using that. So nothing else was required.

Hi Vince,
I do have one related query,
Say I need to claim warranty after return window is over. As I was not provided with an invoice, how will I tell the manufacturer (Corsair in this case) about my purchase?
WIll they honour based on google express receipt?

Manufacturer's typically require a proof of purchase to provide assistance with their warranty. This should be satisfied by your Google Express receipt.
