Hello!

So I've had this Corsair K70 MK.2 Rapidfire for about a year if I remember correctly and it has been through a lot. The spacebar is taped together because I snapped it in half, it has some scratches, and basically all the wear and tears. All though it has all of these wears on it, It works perfectly fine if you don't account for the external issues. Because of its condition, I was wondering if I could return it and get a new one.

You can only return items in like new condition and within Thier return period. Generally 15 days.

Even if the item has a 2 year warranty?

Warranty's generally don't cover cosmetics...

If you purchased an extended warranty thru geek squad you would need to make an appointment for them to inspect it

If you did not you would need to call the manufacturer
