I was told by an associate on the Best Buy site that I can still return my computer and monitor past the 15 days if the boxes are unopned. They have never been opened and are still new. And it is stll being sold on the site online. It is. Can I get a refund or wll it be only a store credit?

Generally, items cannot be returned from online past the 15 day mark. Any exception to be made would be by a manager or a supervisor on the other end of the chat line or phone line.
You can also attempt to try and take your item to a store to return it, but this is also up to the supervisor and manager.
A full list of refund terms and conditions can be found here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat260800050014.c?id=pcmcat260800...

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our community forums. I know that a new computer and monitor is no small purchase so I can understand wanting to make sure everything is perfect. I appreciate you reaching out and would be glad to provide some more information about our Return & Exchange Promise and what options may be available moving forward.
As hockeycanuckjc mentioned, we offer a 15-day return or exchange period for most of the products we sell. If you are a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus member this can be extended by 30 and 45 days, respectively. Are you having any problems with this computer or monitor? If so, it's possible that the manufacturer may have some options available to assist you.
I hope I was able to provide some additional regarding this purchase, please let me know if you have more questions I can help with!
