So now I'm waiting on the local store manager to call me back after speaking with bestbuy.com via chat who could not help and then with the 888-Bestbuy customer service who transfered me to another call center. UGh, returned the console didn't activate the 24 month subscription yet only got the console refunded, guess they just don't know how to do it, anyone that can help so I can explain to the manager how it needed to be done?

Thanks for joining us here on the community forums. Although, I wish it were under better circumstances. Trying to get a full refund can be a hassle sometimes, so I can understand your concern. Thanks, I think you're wrong, since Citizen bank is acting just like a credit card it's up to the seller , bestbuy in this case to credit back the return. BestBuy did do a partial credit of the physical xbox but not the the credit for the Game Pass which was purchased through BestBuy. I have spoken to Citizen and that was there explanation, which is logical, I think resellers are at a disadvantage with this program, but it should be easier. If Citizens just credited me back they would then need to go to bestbuy and get the money from bestbuy, since the money was pocketed by bestbuy.
