Return

Hello I had purchased a velop router on 1/17/19 and was mis told by your associate helping me that there was a 60 day return policy. The router was not performing as well as i thought it should so i then purchesed another one from you (orbi)  to see if i got better results. The second purchase works great and i went to return the 1st one and they informed my i was mis informed and it was inly a 15 day return policy. Now im stuck with this two mesh routers. I used my best buy credit card and choose to get the best buy points and she again said that you get the points as soon as your past the 60 day return window. I would like best buy to honor the mis information so i can return the first router that is still in brand new condition with all packaging and continue giving you my companies business and continue being a loyal customer as i have been the past 15 years.
