This is the first time I've posted on a forum. So, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I purchased an Epson All in One printer online. I purchased it on January 13,2021 but did not pick it up till January 19,2021. It was first time purchasing this brand I read good reviews for this printer so I was excited to try it. When I first installed it, I was not sure if I wanted to keep it because of the fax settings and a few other things. I did use it and everything seemed okay but I was still on the fence. I’m using it for school I had to print some stuff out that I needed right away. It was a few pages. After I was done I accidently pressed the ink button and it showed that half of my color ink was gone which I hardly used. After that I want online where I had originally read the reviews and also on best buys website which mentions the problem with the ink running out fast and having to buy it often. After this I stopped using the printer because I was sure I was going to return it. Which was a bummer because I still needed a printer asap. Plus, I have never returned something I've used. I forgot to check their return policy for some reason I thought it was 30 days but I just found out that's not the case. What sucked is that on February 2,2021 I stopped really quick on the curb side to pick something else I had bought. Had I known that February 3 was the last day to return it I would have taken it with me to return it. The only reason I found out was because my sister pointed out last night. I called my local Best Buy today to see if someone could help with this since it was past the 15 days. I was put on hold twice for about 13 minutes on one of the times they hung up on me. It's just very frustrating to not be able to get help. I know that their policy is 15 days but I just went over 2 days. I will be calling tomorrow. If not, I guess I have to go to the store. I work in the medical field so I try not to go to stores after work because I'm wearing scrubs and some people give me some weird looks that I don't care for. Luckily tomorrow I don't work so I guess I can try. Anyway, sorry for the long message I'm just hoping someone that might have been in a similar situation can advise on what to do or if I should even bother. Or if someone that works at best buy can help me. The printer was only used twice I have everything that came with it. If I can't get a refund I'm okay with store credit because I still need to get a printer and of course I would be buying it there.

I really appreciate your help with this matter and how fast it was handled. I wasn't sure what my options were going to be regarding the printer. I didn't think I was going to be allowed to return or exchange it. But you, Charles. S and Meg are the best and have gone above and beyond to help me. But I want to recognize you the most because if it wasn't for you offering your help right away none of this would have happened. I would like to give feedback on your wonderful customer service.
