If the games are unopened, and within out Return & Exchange Promise period, you should be able to return them and get a refund for them. If they are open, you will only be able to exchange them for an identical item.

Per our Return & Exchange Promise, depending on your membership, the minimum amount of days you have is 15 days from the date of purchase. It seems you’re still within the timeframe.
