Return of deffective laptop and false advertising

ORDER : #{removed per forum guidelines}

This is not a touchscreen, I paid for a touchscreen as advertised. Also, it keep turning of when I move it. I don't know if the contact is not done correctly with the power supply. I need a refund, or you send me what I paid for. It is really not in good condition.


Seller refuses to send the return label and his taking advantage of you messaging system.

They have sent a fake message saying that the return label is attached in order to reset the 3 days counter that theyhave to answer.



Since the 20th I'm waiting hours and hours on the phone with NO ANSWER AFTER 2-3 hours on the line, trying to send an email directly from your website CONNECTION ERROR.

What a shame, a big company like this, can't even have a contact form working on a million dollars website.

I use your messaging system NOOOOOTHING GETS DONE.


I NEED MY MONEY, I'm tired of this.

According to the reviews, this is not the first time this seller is doing that. HOW COME YOU LET PEOPLE USE YOUR WEBSITE TO ROB PEOPLE????????????

They only way to contact you now is through a FORUM?????
