Return gone wrong

What are the escalation options for a return that was mishandled by the wearhouse, with easy to follow documentation in my order history? 

 

Loyal Elite Plus Best Buy customer with store card and long purchase history. This is the first time thankfully in years this has come up, but it is completely unacceptable. Purchased two drones under reccomendation that didnt achieve what I wanted and realized I had to wait until a new model was releasing which is what I did, and currently own it. '

 

Returned the other two drones by mail using return labels from Best Buy. The first one purchased (earlier date) and finally after over a month of calling, was told the second one is now being shipped back because it is out of retun policy. Without knowing ecen more details of this transaction history, it shpould be easy to see on the surface that if you qualififed for an earlier purchase to return, the same similar item would qualify as well.

 

On hold as I type this because the nice represenative is telling me my only option is to wait to receive it back and go to store in person and finally return.

 

So if I understand correctly, waited over a month to find out Best Buy messed up understanding their own policy, I followed their process and option of mail return and now am being told I have to do it in person. There are so many errors in this an completely unacceptable as a customer with no ownership of mistakes by seller.

 

Please help me find an executive relations team or something similiar.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums regarding this return. I know a drone is a big purchase and can understand wanting to make sure it does exactly what you need. It certainly sounds strange that only drone was refunded and I would be glad to see what options we may have to assist you.
