Received a warning from local best by store that I cannot return or exange items from best buy for next 1 year.
There was a 1800 number listed but he had no idea and was reading from prepared notes.They did send me my return report howerver.
I have made thousands of dollars of purchases from Best Buy over the past few years, Mac books, soundbars, TV, end Galaxy Note Phones to name a few.I was even an elite member.
To recieve this warning is insulting, to say that I am angry is an uderstatement.
Beause of my pionts and/or elite status I used to consider Best Buy for my needs, not anymore
I will gladly take my buinsess elsewhere, there are no shortages of eletronic stores close by or online.
