Hello, I wanted to know had anyone experienced a return denial and been able to get it over turned? I read one post where someone had a warning removed. I wanted to know on what grounds do they remove warnings or denials? I have written a letter and BBB, and TRE nor Best Buy is willing to help me. I noticed on my return report by TRE that they included items that were given to me in error and another item that was not functioning properly as the one I am currently trying to return. I have the original receipt and I did not receive a warning like they claimed I did. I also don't understand why they don't warn you before a purchase, they clearly are tracking using email address and other info that pops up while making a purchase so why can't the return denial pop up as well. All their methods of informing you occur after purchase which to me is very deceiving. I don't even want my money back I just want to make an exchange for something else, I don't understand why they don't even allow for store credit or exchange. TRE says I can write a letter which I did and no response and while waiting on a response or trying to get one, the return period for the item I purchased will have closed.

Just an update that Best Buy refused to over turn their decision regardless of the fact that I told them that I did not receive a warning, regardless of the fact that my returns were with an original receipt, and regardless of the fact that some of the exchanges were due to employee giving me the wrong item. They count every transaction regardless of reason even if product has malfunctioned or employee error. Their only response to BBB was that they considered my case concluded and they would not be overturning their decision because they said I received a warning. The rep that replied to my original post could not assist me. So now I am stuck with a purchase that I do not want.
