I ordered a phone online from BB. The item is unopened still in the unopened packaging that it was sent in. I am wanting to return the item. Would the restocking fee apply?

While we charge a restocking fee for several different types of products, this is not charged as long as the product is unopened. As long as this phone is still sealed and you're within our 14-day return or exchange period you should not be charged a restocking fee.
