Our My Best Buy Program offers many benefits such as free shipping, rewards points, early access and exclusive deals. While you are free to cancel your membership, please keep in mind that once an account is cancelled it can't be reactivated. Once the account is de-activated, you would lose any rewards points or certificates that you have accumulated from past purchases. If you decided at a later time that you would like a My Best Buy account, your points would be lost and a new account would need to be created.
However, if what you're looking for is just to no longer receive marketing emails, we can get that taken care of without de-activating your My Best Buy membership.
