Replacement for a Marshall Speaker

Hello Team,

I bought a Marshall Speaker Action II Voice Black With Alexa with SKU: 6304061, Model: 1002493, Order: {removed per forum guidelines} order date: November 2020 pickup Date: 12/05/2020.

I am from India so I bought this as a gift for my wife and so I just opened it today when I am back to India. The problem is that the size is smaller than what I wanted to buy. I know I am far ahead of the replacement time but can I still give this back and exchange it with a bigger size please.
P.S: I would return back to USA on 31st March 2021.
