I have purchased 2 airpods pro 1st gen on 6th dec 2019 while i’m doing My masters in USA. Last year i came back to India. Now i’m facing cracking sound on my right airpod. I went to the apple store for service they told they need purchase receipt with serial number. After checking my receipt i have sku number & model number but no serial number. Apple people denied to repair it. I want receipt with serial number please help. I have purchase receipts with me right now as i downloaded from your website but still those receipts doesn’t have serial numbers of my airpods. Can you please help me with this. Provide me a receipt with serial number for both my orders.
