Best Buy wants you to enjoy all of the new technology that we sell, but if you're not wishing to keep a purchase our Return and Exchange Promise is there to help out! This time frame starts at 15 days, but can be extended to 30 days for Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members of our My Best Buy Program.
