I understand that you have some questions regarding an order that you recently placed with us that was returned due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. Typically, once an item has been returned back to us and processed, you should receive a refund for this order. Once the refund is processed, you should receive it within about 5-7 business days, although it can take up to one billing cycle to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
