Generally speaking, if you placed your order using a credit card, it’s unlikely that your form of payment was charged. I say this because online orders charge the credit card only after the order moves on to fulfillment. If you cancelled the order, then it wouldn’t have moved on to the process, yet.
In such a situation, you may be seeing an authorization hold on your card since Best Buy does authorize funds are available before the order can be accepted. Holds from credit card authorizations are removed at the determination of your financial institution, but some common time frames for that sort of hold to be removed can be found on our website here.
