Refund taking way to long!

I bought a laptop on 1/12/20, I returned it via ups. It was received on 1/25/20. I have the tracking number and the status says it is being processed but I am still waiting for my refund. I have called best buy and chatted online with them about this several times and have been told that it will be credited to my card soon. Please help me get my refund!
