Refund problem

Hello
I have a refund problem I purchased a laptop on April 1 and I called on April 18 to just return the warranty of the laptop and as they told me it is returned and it will refunded to the card with in 5-7 business days and now we are in June and I never got any refund I called my bank and they had no issues and there were no refund. And I called Best Buy twice to solve this problem. when I called them two weeks they said that they will start an investigation this is refund but I never got any message back about anything.
Please understand my issue and help solve this problem and return my money thank u so much
