Refund issues

I returned a watch back on 23 January and UPS lost it during shipping. I have been trying to collect my refund for almost a month now with no success. Every time I call customer service I am told something different and when I ask to speak with a supervisor or even the department that can help me I am told they are not excepting phone calls and they are the only person I can speak with. I would like to know who I can contact to try and resolve this issue and get my refund.

Welcome to our forums!  Having to wait for a refund would be frustrating enough, so to hear you’ve also been having issues getting answers from our other support teams is certainly disheartening.  Although I may not be able to undo the frustration this experience has already caused, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this return, and see what we can do to turn things around!


For me to begin my research, I’ll just need a few pieces of additional information from you.  Most of the information I’ll need is sensitive information we’ll want to keep out of the public view of our Support Forums, so if you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • The UPS tracking number for your return


As mentioned, you’ll want to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this information sent my way, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
