I deposited the return in a UPS mailbox on April 20,2020.  It has not reflected as a return on either Best Buy nor UPS tracking.. 

 

Below is the lineitem from Order Number:  {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Model:EF-PG975TBEGUSSKU:6326964
Quantity:1
Item Total:$18.49
Product Price:$16.99
Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges:$1.50
 
I am concerned about this possibly has fallen through the cracks.  It is low cost item but what if had big a big ticket product that got lost in transit that needed to be returned?
 
 A suggestion, you could have UPS pickup the return which is a service provided by Amazon on returns.
