To whom I may concern I did an in store return 8-12-2020 at my local Best Buy. It was a MacBook and the amount was a little over 1200.00 I paid cash so had to receive a refund check by mail. I still haven't received it. I've called so many times to Best Buy including the elite plus numbers because I'm elite plus I've chatted I've gone into the store several times and I've even contacted corporate a few times. No one at all can help me I keep getting transferred to other departments and get told we can't help you we don't know what's going on. That's a lot of money to not have in my pocket right now. I need to know what's going on please.

I know I'm not a fan of having to explain my situation over and over again, so I can understand why you feel that way as well. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, which included stress-free returns. That's why it hurts me to hear that hasn't been the case so far!
However, you've come to the right place to get this sorted out once and for all! While checks can take up to 6-weeks to arrive though the mail, most are received within 10-14 business days. It's still within that 6-week timeframe, but I can understand why you'd be concerned at this point.
