Refund Check? Help

Hello,

 

I returned a laptop that came with a bundled antrivirus software (that still hasn't been used) and so my refund was 29.99 less then the price i paid for the returned laptop.  I talked with someone thrtough Bestbuy chat on 3/3/21 and was told they would make a one time exception and send me a return check for 29.99. I was told I should receive a check in 7-10 days. However, it has been 17 days and I still have not recieved the check. Is there anyway someone could look into seeing if a check was ever mailed to me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
