I have tried for the last few weeks to receive the code to redeem my free for three months Apple TV+ offer. I purchased a TV back in January, never received the code and the code I was finally provided had expired. I have been trying for the last few weeks to get another code and all that keeps happening is they issue the same code again or I am referred to the digital code team and nothing happens. Why is it that no one can either reissue a new code that has not expired or simply reactivate the previous one? The code clearly has never been redeemed and it is simply confusing as to why no one I speak to at Best Buy has been able to take this very simple step for me.
