I want to know how to get back my full refund on a purchase made on Oct 23 21 . I made a purchase in store for a Tv and Total Tech . On Oct 24 21 I canceled the entire order including Total Tech (199.99) on Live chat . The live chat agent said I would see the refund on my Best Buy Card in the next 24 hrs. On Oct 25 I saw only a partial refund leaving me a balance of 369.49 . After investigating and looking at reciepts it clearly show the purchase of Total Tech that I was charged on my card for 199.99 was prorted and only recieved 47.00 credit when I canceled withing 24 hrs with no product in hand. Also found on reciepts that my tax I was charged for the TV was not refunded in the amount of $ 216.50 leaving me with a balance of 369.49 owing on my Best Buy Card that I canceled on Oct 24 21. I have been on phone with Best Buy CS and Best Buy Credit Dept all stating this was a mistake on Best Buy Customer Care Dept when they canceled my order. I have been reassured and promised my refund with in 24 -48 hrs then 5-7 business day and then 7-14 days!! All these dates have now past and still no refund. I am now told it would be 60 to 90 days to refund and now I will have a credit payment for no merchandise. I have called Corportate Office but told I can make a complaint online . I need help !!! I just want my refund back on my card ASAP !!
