Receipt lost

Hello! I would like to know if I could get a copy of my receipt as I lost it and the smartwatch I bought is no longer working , so I need to take it to a FOSSİL support, but I need yo present the receipt. I bought the my Fossil Q Marshall gen 2 in lasvegas .

Amount of watch : 181.61 USD

As a heads up you may need to provide the Best Buy store # or address you purchased it at to help Customer Service track down  the receipt.

You never know when you might need to pull out a copy of a receipt.  I have an entire drawer at my house that is overflowing with old receipts, which can probably be cleaned out now that I think about it.  If we are able to find your purchase, then we can request that a copy of the receipt be emailed to you.  I will need to gather a bit more information from you, so I will be sending you a private message shortly.  You can read a private message by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
