Receipt for refund says 0.00 dollars? Will that be an issue?

i originally bought an ipad pro 64 gb for 850 or so , there was an issue with USPS that required a replacement. So i recieved the replacement and wanted to exchange it for the new ipad 128 for half the price of what i paid. So i went into the store expecting to do that but i guess it comes out next week. I just went with the refund then because she told me they might be getting some in.

I tell her the same thing i said here and i tell her its the replacement im returning it. So they accept it and everything no problem at that point , but when i get home i see the reciept says 0.00.

Is that what i will be getting refunded is 0.00 ? Because i paid 855 or so and the new ipad is coming out in a couple days and i dont want it to sell out by then .. i paid by debit also

We know that getting a new iPad is an exciting purchase, so I can understand your desire to get this sorted out before the model you've had your eye on becomes available. I know I would be concerned as well if my return receipt showed $0.00, so I'm glad you brought that to our attention.

 

Since the replacement was provided at no additional charge when you exchanged it for the original iPad, that's why you're seeing the price zeroed out. While our register should be able to recognize that both iPad's have been returned and provide the correct refund, I'd be happy to look into this further to ensure you get the correct amount back.

 

For me to do so, can you please use the "Private Message" option below to provide your full name, phone number, email and order number so I can review this further.

Only one was returned, the replacement.

The first order was lost in the mail and i never received that one .
