We know that getting a new iPad is an exciting purchase, so I can understand your desire to get this sorted out before the model you've had your eye on becomes available. I know I would be concerned as well if my return receipt showed $0.00, so I'm glad you brought that to our attention.
Since the replacement was provided at no additional charge when you exchanged it for the original iPad, that's why you're seeing the price zeroed out. While our register should be able to recognize that both iPad's have been returned and provide the correct refund, I'd be happy to look into this further to ensure you get the correct amount back.
