I am an investigator for an insurance carrier and am attempting to verify several Best Buy receipts that have been provided to us by one of our customers. I understand customer privacy, and protection of PII; customer information is never requested. Receipts have been provided, and I am only attempting to verify the items on the receipts, and if the items were returned. Is there a department that you can direct me to that can assist this type of request?
