Receipt Copy

Hi,

 

I purchased a LG monitor from the Best Buy store in Wilmington, DE last June. It stopped working and I sent it into LG for repair since it was still under its 1-year warranty, but they won't service it without a copy of the receipt. Is there any way I can be emailed a copy of the receipt?

If there's any way to up this moved up in the docket that'd be great. LG is only giving me a limited amount of time to get them a copy of the recipt. Thanks!

I was able to locate your receipt and have requested a copy be sent to you. It should arrive within about 24 hours.
