Welcome to our forums!  I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to have your money in limbo and unavailable to you, and I regret the inconvenience this experience has caused. 

 

I’d like to take a closer look into this e-gift card, and the order or orders you were attempting to place with it, however, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your cancelled order number(s)
