I was tired of dealing them until I reported them to the better business bureau. The executives then sent me a email from Best Buy. Here’s the email BestBuyCorporateTeam@bestbuy.com

I also gave upon dealing with them and I also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I recently received an email from that email address. Thank you!
