There is an issue of staffing at some stores where they must give their attention to customers visiting an actual store. In this case they won't be able to answer the phone. If you have a question about a product, these forums are great to get the information you need. and also BestBuy.com has some great resources to compare products and also chat can give you answers as well. 

You can always place an order online for in store pickup and it makes it easy to get the tech you need.
