I too am unable to contact the local store

I have a "number' for the local store... it is a local number

But it went to God knows where..

I have a very specific question for the local branch that only a few people will be able to answer at the local branch.

I wil say in a day and age where customer service is at an all time low... Being sent to some call center is low. It absolutely makes the customer feel like they are not cared about.

Also... I called the first time and pushed 0 until i got someone on the phone... well guess what... the system just hung up on me... again screaming at me that I am not important enoought o even talk to a living being.

Second time i called I got to hear all of the phone system again I continued to press 0 and for some reason a person picked up... The best resolution I received was that a local person would call me back..

Best Buy I would say this Your customers are screaming at you

Stop the madness and make us feel important

It has been 24 hours and no call yet

System is very flawed
