I return a 10ft monitor extension cable in 07/08/18 and the attendant gave a receipt telling me the credit on my bank account will be in 4 days we are in 07/17/18 and no credit yet.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for posting. It’s concerning to hear that you hadn’t yet received your refund at the time of your posting. That said, I’ll be happy to advise you here.

 

Once we process a refund, the funds should be returned to your bank almost immediately. That said, the length of time it takes for the funds to become available to your account depends on their processing period. If you’re still not seeing your funds, I recommend contacting your bank to verify the refund is processing. If your bank is not able to locate a pending refund, please send me a private message verifying the following details. You can message me by selecting the blue button in my signature.
