Too bad we live near opposite beaches as I would have just traded with you.

Out here in SF I ordered a Dell laptop that specified WIN 11 HOME installed. It came with 10 so I figured that it would go through all the updates and eventually WIN 11 would be one of them. I also had ordered MS OFFICE and installed that while the updates began. After about 12 iterations it finished updating. There was no WIN 11. I tried finding a support option for this as it should just be a software issue but all I can find is how to return it. As I just used my MS office license I am stuck..
