You should be able to take a screenshot from your phone or computer and click on insert image or paste it. Please share this in a private message.

I can do that, but I don't have a functioning option on this site to upload pictures through private message.

You might have to go on a computer to do that. I see the image upload button ahead of me and the same editor should appear in private message. Do not upload here in the main thread upload it to the private message.

Same issue on computer and phone. I emailed best buy support. I got my questions answered
