I have the sam problem when trying to exchange my TCL TV after 6 months!
I wen to the store, spoke to 6 different representatives over the phone, one was extermely rude (Geek Squad) & everyone is saying it is just 15 days return/exchange policy even after the fact that I have proof that the website & chat agent said it was 365days!
I will never buy anything again at BB after thi & I will make sure that my case gets to everyone that was scammed by BB!
