I went to the Staten Island location in NY. It was the first time I had a great experience at one of your stores. Josh, Dana, and Tom went out of their way to help me out. They scheduled my installations on the same day with a recent purchase. I went back to the store and purchased products for the third time. I explained to the manager that the manager Dana was amazing. The manager only seemed to care about correcting the title of Adana instead of my feedback. The manager then told me I could not get 10% off because it wasn’t the first day of opening the Best Buy credit card. She didn’t try at all to help me. I found the item in Best Buy for 120 cheaper so I requested a price match. Then she goes out of her way to get the information of the employees who informed me that they would help me carry the ac’s That I purchased. I come to find out that she was not happy with them offering that help. My orders did not come on the same day and what was promised to me is not going to happen. No one at the store answers the phone EVER which is irrating and unprofessional. I am waiting for geek squad for about two hours to speak to their manager. I regret ever opening up with Best Buy. Walmart is cheaper and more professional.

Jason is extremely professional

Hello! I filed a complaint with your executive office over a mix up that I opened up a credit card for. I purchased a tv from Staten island Best Buy and Jason from Geek Squad came and installed the tv. He was amazing! He waited patiently and continued to be very professional despite my frustrations. Please recognize his outstanding work. He also refused to take a very generous tip. You have a great employee!
