Kayla,
I'm so glad to read your message. I too was charged a restocking fee, mine on a returned Parrot drone, returned as defective. How can I seek reimbursement of the restocking fee? As with the original poster, i can't imagine that best buy will be restocking a defective item.
Thanks,
Kathleen.

Good morning, Kathleen,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our community forums. I know a drone is a big purchase and I can understand not wanting to be charged a restocking fee for something that didn't work properly. I would be glad to see how I may be able to help.
Generally, a restocking fee will not be charged if a product is defective. I'd like to take a closer look at your purchase and return to get a better understanding of what options I have available to assist you moving forward.
I will need a bit more information to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
