I bought a phone that would be a gift, but a person who already had an equal, so I needed to make the return after day of the purchase of a phone that cost $79 and the same box returned for sealed and closed and returned 2 days and Best Buy charged me a $45 restocking fee? How can I return a sealed and closed product and still pay almost the entire price for the return  the product will go back to the shelves and be sold for the same price? I'm request the entry or cancellation of the return or leave the customer of this store because I am feeling very hurt by it ...

Certain products have a restocking if returned, including cell phones. This should not be applied if the product has not been opened or if it's defective.
