Hello I also have this problem and I double checked if everthing was good. And in the end I still not recevied the option to  use the leasing option. Please help me out here

Welcome to our forums! Progressing Leasing offers a simple lease program you can utilize to purchase new tech with us, and I’m glad you’re interested in utilizing this program!

 

As it sounds like you’re aware, there are a few things to keep in mind when attempting to use the Progressing Leasing program when making your purchases with us.  For starters, you’ll want to make sure you’ve set up a BestBuy.com profile, and make sure the information there is 100% accurate and up to date.  Additionally, once you’ve successfully applied for a lease, you’ll want to make sure to look up your lease number before adding items to your cart, and apply your lease during the checkout process.  You’ll also want to make sure the items you’re looking to purchase qualify for leasing, and meet the total leasable amount. 

 

If you’ve met the criteria I’ve listed above and are still having trouble utilizing the Progressive Leasing program, I recommend reaching out to a Progressive Leasing customer service representative directly at 1-877-898-1970 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday, so they can take a closer look and offer any additional assistance as needed.

Sadly none of this worked even though I was approve and everthing else I contacted progressive leasing and they said everything should have worked so there isnt't any problem. After all this nothing

If you’ve been unable to purchase items with us utilizing the Progressive Leasing program, and assuming your application was approved and the items you’re attempting to purchase are not excluded from a Progressive Lease, I would recommend following up with a Progressive Leasing customer service agent at 1-877-898-1970, or visiting your local Best Buy store, so one of our associates can assist you with making your purchase.
