I have the same issue with my order. I purchased a speaker from Best Buy, which is still within the return window, and currently Best By is selling the same speker for a lower price. When I called to request a price match, I was told that because I used rewards certificates to buy the speaker they are unable to price match, which doesn't make sense. I even spoke to a supervisor, and he also refused to price match. He told me to return the speaker to Best Buy and buy the same speaker for a lower price. This seems ridiculous because instead of just offering a price match, Best By will have to accept a return and then sell an open box item at a loss. Please help.
