Re: Price Drop Policy

Hi, we purchased a IPad Pro and its keyboard at Best Buy last May 6, 2019. We got it for $1472.28 and the iPad price has dropped in price by $200. I am hopeful that Best Buy will honor this priced drop just like costco and other stores that has a 30 days policy. Please reach out to me directly for my contact details. Thank you.

First of all, congratulations on your new iPad Pro! We know that's an exciting purchase, so we appreciate that you decided to make that purchase with us. That said, I can understand your eagerness to see if your iPad qualifies for a price match with the deal you're seeing.


To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the product would need to be within your Return & Exchange Promise time-frame. For Core members, that time-frame would be 15-days, however, it's 30-days for Elite members, and 45-days for Elite Plus members to do a return or exchange on most products.
