Thank you, I did that a few days ago as my order was going to cancel on oct 27, but even that I had to ask for, they did not offer to do it. Order is not getting cancelled but still mad of the experience, friends that pre-ordered from the Google store directly had their phones 2 weeks ago and they also got the $200
