My fiance and I recently got engaged and we brought the Sony Alpha 6000 camera on June 1/2018 with the Best Buy credit card to capture our engagement during our trip in the Bahamas (June 6-10th). Unfortunately for us, our rental car got broken into while parked and locked at a beach and all of our valuables were stolen-- including the camera with all the accessories, iphone, watches, money, keys, sunglasses, etc. We filed a police report there. We returned last night on June 10th and I am writing this today, June 11th to ask for help.Given the recent purchase and our circumstances, please let me know if there is anything you can do to help us.

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances. I’m truly sorry to hear your vacation to the Bahamas was soured by such an unpleasant experience.
Going forward, I would recommend continuing to work with law enforcement to investigate the theft of your items. While we’ll be unable to offer a replacement camera, if your fiancé needs a copy of their receipt to provide the police who are investigating this theft, they can contact us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289), or create their own account on our forums, and we’ll be able to work with them to locate their receipt.
