I have lost my card and its been over a year is their a way I can get it back?

You would have to call Citi Bank for this. I saw the number on their site. It is 888-574-1301 from what I saw at the bottom of the credit card log in. 

 

If you don't have the card information eventually the automated IVR will give up and connect you to an agent who can verify your info and send you a new card.
