Last I got a private message saying will work with his team to resolve the issue. It was a week ago and I was eagerly waiting. Suddenly I received a private message asking that "am I still seeking asssistance?" It is a joke don't you think. I haven't hear anything and I thought they were working on a solution. Are they trying to tell me the solution is no solution?
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FRYER OR A REFUND THAT WAS PROMISED DUE TO THE RECALL!

After your Air Fryer is returned and the unit has been verified as one of the recalled models, you will receive your electronic Best Buy Gift Card link by email in 3-6 weeks. The subject line will be "Best Buy Insignia sent you a Best Buy® Gift Card" from the sender "email@example.com". Make sure to check your spam, junk, trash, and promotions folder in case your security settings have moved the email there.
If you still have not received the email after sending your unit back, I'd be happy to look into this for you. To get started, kindly send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address.

I sent in the fryer in early June. I also made several phone calls throughout the last 2-3 months. I know I am very careful with emails and checking the spam mailbox all the time. I didn't see any emails or related emails at all. I am certainly hope this matter resolve, but so far no positive answer at this time.
