I have returned my air Fryer and it was received on June 6/2022 in Downsview.
I have yet to receive my gift card. Everytime I call the number provided (1-877-650-5411) I am told that it has been received; however still not processed. I have had 2 escalations (one was today and the other was done on Sept 27).
I have been told that it should take 3-6 weeks for it to be processed, yet here I sit without anything after 5.5 months.
I am told there is nothing else that they can do.
I am extremely frustrated and have been on calls with Best Buy/Insignia today for over 3 hours only to be redirected back to the first person I spoke with today who was very unhelpful by simply saying... it should be 3-6 weeks for processing and I have escalated your enquiry.
I feel like I have been robbed at this point.
